Kythnos – Simousi Beach

In the context of expanding the group’s portfolio in tourism-oriented investment properties, we decided in 2021 to invest in the island of Kythnos.

In this light, we acquired through a competitive tender, 3 beachfront plots of total surface area 15,293 sq.m. at “Simousi” beach, in the south-eastern part of the island.

The choice of Kythnos was based on the advantages it presents, as apart from the incomparable natural Cycladic beauty and the proximity to Athens, it has excellent scope for development. This, is not presented by the most prominent and “saturated” islands, such as Mykonos, Santorini and Paros.

A characteristic of the above is that during the last 5 years, Kythnos ranks 4th in the increase in the price of houses sold among the 25 largest islands of the territory.
