In the context of diversifying the group’s operations, it was decided in 2017 to expand activities in the growing tourism sector, taking advantage of the deep know-how in the construction sector. A key criterion for the investments that followed, was the selection of highly visible tourist sites with increased margins of return.

In this light, the “CAVE SUITE OIA” was created in 2018, in the most emblematic spot of Santorini, among the “Blue Domes” of Oia. A unique accommodation, which combines the breathtaking view of the Caldera with high aesthetics.

This was followed in 2020 by the investment in the second property on the island of Santorini, “Cape Suite Oia”. Located on the easternmost edge of Oia, it offers the facilities of a five-star hotel and the comfort of a private villa.

The next investment, took place in 2021 on the island of Kythnos. It concerned the purchase of 3 seaside plots with a total area of ​​15,293 sq.m. at “Simoussi” beach, which is a typical example of Cycladic natural beauty.
